Thats good Colin, my local dealers are a bunch of wankers. Have kept the fbmwsh going and any repairs etc and they always seem tight when it comes to offering any form of a deal.

Not a bad result. You'll have to loosen that again and use another dealer

Yeah I know, I thought yesterday was an odd day. They must have me earmarked to buy a E92 off them or something. I couldnt quite believe it.

tbh I expected them to wriggle out of it somehow but they have been very good.

I was unsure about them sending some techs down with some tools thrown in the boot of a courtesy car.....but they were great.

I was unsure about them driving my car off while not right, but had mind put to ease that it would be ok.

Still got a bloody mini clubman on the drive right enough!! Its quite funny tbh...I like the back doors!!

Free service has cheered me up quite a bit I must admit, best bit is I had the money for the service saved up & can now blow it on something else!!

Wooh hooh result!!!

Took the mini into Eastern BMW at Newbridge yesterday for them to take a look at it, they confirmed what we thought, that the Power Steering Pump was goosed

They said they would contact Mini UK to see if they would help with the cost of a replacement PSP.

They've just phoned me to say - Mini UK will pay 100% of cost of the replacement part. 50% of the labour costs, and Eastern BMW will take a further 15% of the bill They recon it will only cost me around £50!!!
