Can you sell them off for scrap?

I've got three sets in my garage, and it has to be cleared within a couple of weeks! Been reducing the price but still no takers, so if they don't sell just thinking of how to get of them other than the tip...

Well I have 12 wheels so might be worth it, but not about getting the tyres off first
