using windows media and they dont play in my car, or they skip :S

is there any other programs i can download that are good?

desperate need of some new sounds..

try slowing the burning speed down too x4, that should stop the skipping

you're pc is slow and can't handle the rate it's burning at, as someone said slow down the burn rate and it'll be fine.

well it's clearly chucking it's resources in different places, and thinks that burning cd's is rather low on it's things to do.

Use a burning program(it'll take more resources), search google, "free burning software" for example.

Second, it's free and is 1000% better than the recent versions of nero

And like someone said, turn down your burning speed, burning a CD too quickly is the usual cause of skipping/non-reading CDs

ipod + rockbox = FLAC (CD rips) It's what i currently have, then have a LOD (line out) to a CMOY headphone amp powering a pair of DT250s....

how many time you tried? sounds stupid but i burned a cd the other day and it wouldnt play in the car. Tried again the next day, did nothing diffrent and it worked.
