50 would have been in Yr 2000 had they introduced it. 60's just the next number from 59.............bit simple really!!

Think i'll be buying a new private plate when the 11 comes out next sept

FFS some dim people on here. It was introduced in that format for the next 100 years. I wouldn't worry what is gonna happen after that. You won't be around.

Must have decided to introduce this style of plate for 49yrs? Where as the previous styles only lasted 26yrs?

ok 49 years but they'll probably either repeat it like the old A-Z regs.
