What form do i need to fill out for transferring a plate which is currently on retention onto a new car?

edit: not sure where i got 6 days from, must have mixed your registered date up with the posted one.

Go to the DVLA website then serach private plates.

i did search on google, that link references transferring the plate from one car to another and paying £80 which i already did when i put it on retention

According to that you only need the retention document and it tells you want to do on the back.
