just started a new policy with my 3 years NCB...

and there asking for written proof! however i did not get a renewal letter from my last company..

how do i go about getting proof? can i ring my old insurer?

any helps appreciated

Just send your old certificate that says how many no claims you have, churchill accepted that from me

When I renewed, I just sent them the details and phone number of my old insurer, and they phoned up and sorted it.

yup ring your old insurer up, I had the same problem, rung up endsleigh and they were fine about it, posted it out to me, job done
