Someone sent me some picture messages but when I try and retrieve them it says 'retrieving failed, Forbidden'

My phone is Samsung Tocco Ultra Edition

Network is Orange

Any suggestions?

Phone Orange.

They may have to send you an update to recieve MMS

I sometimes get pictures I can't open. Not sure why.

Failing that will i'd phone up Orange and give them what for. They'll either send it straight to your phone or tell you to go to an Orange shop.
