How much is it, on average, to get 2x new budget tyres fitted? One looks like a racing slick and the other has a nail through it (not causing problems yet...but it probably will in time)

Been quoted £46 round the corner for one "michelin Riken", this quote includes valves, VAT and includes balancing.
imo this isn't the best quote, as this means it'll cost me £184 for 4 tyres to be fitted, unless they do some kind of deal.
Think I might just try some other places, thing is I live in a shared house, the cops are after someone from another room and today they were outside looking at the tread on my tyres, maybe thinking it was his car, but I don't want 3 points and £60 fine so.

they only low tread on the corners where I've spun round corners too quickly. The middle is thicker and it's all legal (which means they are not dangerous else the legal requirement would be more), even the corners are still legal atm but they need replacing cus they're worn.

could be, I do take corners very sharply and quickly though. Most probably just my attitude of driving, could be a combination though, lol.
