All you need to do is get some self tappers and they fit to the rear bumper

Behind the wheel so I catches all the mud as you drive you might get self tappers with the flaps. if you look at the flaps they will have a curve cut out that lines up to the edge of the bumper

so how do they go on, because there is no like hole for the tapper to go on if you get me, i have screws with them and the hole lines are there for the linement, but does that mean you have to put a hole in the bumper of the car itself, due to there not being a hole there in the body work for the screw to fit into?

You need to screw a tapper through the flap and into the bumper make sure you get them straight you don't want to make too many holes the tapper will do it's job and make a hole without drilling

you need to make your own holes, unless you buy proper ones which use exisiting holes and have clips that come with them
