ive got a 1999 corsa sport .4 16v all its got is a K&N air flter. I am still learning so havnt really had in anywere near fast yet so was wonderin whatr sort of speeds you guys get? thanks

stock top speed is 112mph on a 1.4 sport - speedo will probably tell you a lot higher but it will be stupidly out at that sort of speed any way. My C went well over 120 on the clocks but I doubt I was doing much more than 112 if that lol. I doubt a K&N filter will increase top speed tbh.

On the clock I had 127mph down a big hill. Tom tom said 111mph

I had the same on mine, didnt have a sat-nav on to confirm though, would imagine it was 110odd.

not to hijack the thread but what should a 1.2 8v be able to hit. Im thinkin a ton at best, i hit about 95 in mine and ran out of road!

on sat nav i had 122 bu on clocks i had 130
its not clever to do any speeds like that tho

People say ' the speedo will be miles out at that speed'....
I had Cav gsi's with 45 profile tyes on them, and it was still just short of 3 mph out at any speed, compaired to a road angel and nav

did hear from a mate of a mates mate that his mates mates corsa 1.4 would take a skyline at 154mph and that was with max power airfilter so maybe swap the k&n and jobs a good un
