Well... its broke lol. The rubber has completely split and the bracket has broken as well. However when I was taking the bracket off the block, the power steering pump seemed to be coming along with it. Is the pump and bracket attached?

Dont want to remove the pump as I dunno how to put the belt back on properly.

And to top it off... its just started raining.
