What ever happened to the M15? Looked amazing when it was on Top Gear.

The M600 looks quality though.

650bhp Scuderia money, but going by their past cars, with that power it'll be Scuderia fast, and then some!

Nice but i cant see it being up there with ferrari and lambo. My step brother had an M12, which broke. He then got an M400 with the 500 performance pack and that broke, so while that was in for repairs (camshaft failure and 1400 miles) he was loaned an M12 gto-3 which in the end broke down too, although it had been tiff needels test car and was shipped straight from 5th gear to my step brother.

Build quality left a lot to be desired too, interior wasnt very well finished, acceptible on a £66,000 track orientated supercar but not a £200,000 car. Just hope noble have upped their game else this one will be the final nail in there coffin

They are looking to break the more luxury super car market though, this new m600 is miles ahead of what they were doing/trying to do with the M15

Look at it, and 225mph I'd have one for exlusivity alone over an F430 any day if, as tom says, it was good quality.

F430 is discontinued soon though and the 458 will replace it, the 458 looks miles better than this and it is going to be miles better too.

Noble never got the mid market sports car nailed as the M12 was never fully sorted out and they just seem to have abandoned the project and any previous attempts (M14 and M15) have been flops. They are trying to run before they can walk, they never got establised as a serious sports car maker so trying to crack the prestige supercar market is just not going to happen.

Ferrari and lambo are multi-billion pound companies that will spend more money on the R&D of a suspension strut tha noble will on a whole car, they have years of racing experience with development drivers like Schumacher and noble just dont have those sort of resources.

Looks alone wont sell this car, i cant see its being a success myself.

Depends what you consider a success though doesn't it, they will attract purchasers due to being small and british etc they will do ok imo.

Success is a product that can hold its own against the front runners of its target market. For example £200,000 is the same money as a Lambo LP640, Ferrari 599 and 458, porsche 997 GT2, Aston DBS... The list goes on. Its a pretty brave feat to try and make a stand against those brands.

Being british will not attract buyers, people who spend £200,000 on cars demand perfection and rightly so, they dont care on the country of origin. Its not like supporting your local farm shop, 200k is serious money. To take on the big boys is a very demading thing and i dont think they will be able to crack the market. They struggled to make a dent in the sports car market with the M12 due to its less than desirable reliability and build quality.

Imo they should have had another crack at the sports car market to try and establish themselves as a serious contender before going into the big leagues. An like BK says it already looks dated, i know if i had 200k to spend it wouldnt go on one of those.

They won't have the same unit sales targets as lamborghini though will they, the aren't competing directly with those markets imo, as much as I agree that they should have cracked the sports market first, I still think they will have a following and the amount of people with £200k to spend on a car that will demand exclusivity on top of all the other things you've listed (I did say in my original post 'if the quality is good') will probably satisfy there initial targets. Who were konigsegg before they made the CCX? I'm not saying it's the same market, but it's a niche that is capable of selling a sensible number of units per year which is all they will realistically be aiming for.
