i wuld say its worth 3k in pre accident form, i wuld say 2.5k after accident, it devalues a car lots

ever tried to sell a car which has been modified? i have, and noone gives a fuuckk about big wheels bodykits or the such, yes they make a car look pretty. but no they add little value

I think his car is worth close to 4k, given the fact that its not written off. The stuff he’s had done is professional, not bodged together himself.
For those who are slagging it off without having seen it I don’t think you can comment much, you gotta see it to really appreciate it.
I’d prolly be tempted to sell it for 3K, bargin at that.

yeah but mine was all done professionaly aswell.

mine was a vreg, 36k, air con, 1.4 sport, full kit, tinted windows leather interior and all the rest of it and that went for less than 5k.

no way in this world will you get 4k for it.

Right, my car 1999 corsa 1.0 12volt was sold for £1900, it had 60k, never crashed, all original panels. Lowered, ice, zorst 15's and generally in good nick.

The book price should have been 2500 but I wanted a quick sale and for the fact that it was modified that meant it wasnt worth as much.
YoYo's car had more work done and more money spent on it but that dosnt mean its worth 4k, espically after a prang.

Ideally what you are looking for is a 17yr old who has just pased or is sitting test soon and mummy is willing to buy her wee son his first run around. Wee son loves your car as he dosnt have to spend £££ getting it looking good therefore tortures mummy into paying your asking price. Otherwise look in the AT and you'll see there a loads of corsas 1.416v, SRi's and even 1.6's that are going for £2500 / £3000.
