Bell don't have an age limit.
I've been with them for 18 months so far and i just pay a one off payment (about £35) and can drive other peoples cars, third party with the owners permission. Only downfall is, excess is like £850

Fully comp doesnt mean you can drive other cars TP, it all depends on their own conditions on the policy..
Some TP insurers cover you to drive other vehicles. Its all down to the terms on the policy and whats written on the certificate.

Ah, someone said it had changed.
I have just done a quote with them online and they want £79.99 to add "Drive other cars"
Works out around £550 in total.
Not too bad.

That's the thing that's annoyed me. I've payed £40 every year for the past 2 years to drive other cars. Next year they want £140

I know a few friends who are with Quinn, same age, less NCB than me, live in same post code as me, and have similar insurance grouped cars.
They get quotes in the hundreds, i get them in the thousands.

Bell may be changing this year, I'll find out soon.
Everytime I get a quote apart from the box for other cars being £80 instead of the £20 it normally is, they want me to phone up, which I will do when I actually need insurance

Just tried bell and quinn for my new car, bell wanted over 4k, quinn wouldn't insure me! Aviva quoted a bit less than 1100 FC! (about 1000 cheaper than anyone else!)
