how good are they basically with regards to customer service and parts reliability (electrical sensors paticuarly)

autovaux is slightly cheaper than lmf, ut i dont knw whether its worth paying the extra amount?

I bought some astra g indicators from lmf and they were shit! supernova ( i think ) were better

i've used both several times

both are excellent companies to deal with
LMF can sometimes be a little slow with postage though

Ill back Autovaux aswell there great.
Although i have only dealt with LMF face to face they where also good aswell.

LMF were spot on when I phoned them for parts for the LET. If I ever buy another vauxhall I will definately be using them again

I got mine from AutoVaux, turned up fairly quickly, spoke to someone on the phone about a difference in part numbers between my original and the new one, he rang me back within 5 minutes to tell me they'd stopped making the original ones and this one was replacing them. Fitted it and it's been on and working fine for about a year now

autovaux for me, simply cos i can just bob down to the shop, there a good set of lads and if i do deal over fone and they cant ansdwer me then they will cll back within about 10 mins with an answer....thumbs from me

I bought 1litre of 10w40 oil from Autovaux on Sunday and it arrived yesterday. Except they sent 5w30. I phoned them up and they said they'd send the right one out the same day so should arrived today. No questions asked. And they don't even want the 5w30 back because it isn't cost effective. Not many companies will do that.

Although I am bias as they are about 10 mins from me so whatever I want I just pick it up.

they both do different things to be fair, i use both as i need them, whoever is cheapest. Both have great customer service IMO.
