And does it increase the performance much?

Also how much was it and where did you get it from?

janspeed direct or others but check stock first ,some small gains but works better with other mods such as power box and exhaust or decat etc, a worthwhile mod budget about 180 quid max, most gains are in the upper rev range.

I think the BEST manifold would have to be a BTB.

Yep, very expensive too. SBD sell them, or used too. I think people like Broster also sell them.

Thought so . Very good manifolds but aren't just a straight bolt on like others.

Janspeed are great for the money, don't be fooled into thinking a stainless one will be better, it's a waste of cash.

BTB/SBD will be the best.

wooly, make sure dcdezign have them in stock before you order as they have stock problems, thats why I went direct to janspeed, anyway like I said worth doing but don,t expect massive gains, a good mod for the money.

I liked my janspeed alot. Didnt make the car raspy of anything and gave it alot more pull low down. ie 30mph in fourth it picked up lovely

had this in conjunction with a mantzel and it made a nice difference
