for a full hub rebuild on a Fiesta ZS. Only in terms of being a big job/little job couple of hundred or get rid of the car its not worth it?

no not yet; fucking car's had whole new exhaust system [Manifold back]; whole new braking system including lines; a new clutch all in the space of 2 weeks.
It needs a bit of bodywork doing and to top it all off it looks like a hub's bent/buckled - pissed off with the thing and jsut want her to get rid at the minute; no point spending over £1k on something which is only worth £1200 -£1500 in pristine condition

Well if you come to sell it sell it on zsoc they go for stupid money.
Whick hub is it that your having issues with, will ask around as i know a lad who has got alot of mk5 spares.
