Hi. Cars going for MOT tomorrow and there is a chip in the windscreen, will it fail? Its up in the top corner on the drivers side about an inch down and 3 inches across

When you say an inch down and 3 across, are you meaning that's where it's located, or the size of the chip? As Sportboy said, if it's within the wiper area it'll fail.

mine was mot'd a few times with oe in the middle of the screen

never failed it had been fixed but they never checked
