I have a reg and want to know if the bike belongs to someone i know?

This person registered a bike at our address before but it got IMPOUNDED.

I think the little Bastard has done it again, so i want to find out if the bike is registered to him.

if its registered to your address can you not phone the DVLA and ask them to send you out a new log book saying its lost. then change yourself to the new owner and claim the bike stolen or something

well, the last bike is still registered here. so i could have kept the old V5 but i sent it back, with NOT KNOWN AT THIS ADDRESS!!

I should call them and see if i can get an index on the driver of the new bike i seem to think is his.
