only worth it if your engine is highly modified and your coil n all that is different. you'll find that some plugs will last longer then other plugs but wont give you a performance gain. You might also find that cooler running plugs will keep your sparks nice under serious heavy driving but again you aint gonna get a gain. Best leads you can get are Vauxhall ones...but at a price. other then that, halfords will do.

7 bhp if you get the spark plugs with LEDs on them.

If you get red HT leads they'll give you 4 bhp increase, blue ones about 3.

Vauxhall rarely change the HT leads on a service.

12 minimum.

If you change an HT lead for a wire coat hanger you don't need a Superchip to raise the rev limit.
You can also fit 18's, ET35 to a Corsa B with no arch work.

you'll obviously see a significant improvement in running (though not power ) by replacing worn plugs and leads with new uns. I find Halfords leads to be a bit fragile and tend to stretch when removing from the end of the plug

Oil yes, plugs at around 10k, but there must be something wrong with the Fiat if you change leads at 4.5k
