Can't hack the Clio's cassette deck for much longer It's got a CD changer but it's a pain in the ass to keep changing them over!
Had one before made by Pioneer & it was OK but you couldn't go through the artists very easily. Plus do these things work with the newer generation Ipods?
Show me what you got & is it any good?

i have a pioneer one in vectra. very easy to use. press the list button to get to view songs and artists etc. will dig out a pic. think it was 150 quid from halfords although it seems not to work with older ipods.

I looked at that one but the only thing that put me off is that you cant actually put cd's in it. Which I still use if my mates bring a cd or something along

you press list then use the round turny thing to go through them? same as an ipod itself really? works alright for me anyway.

I just usually create playlists on itunes so its quicker. Or take out the ipod and find it and plug it back in

Ya see I don't have that problem, no mates ha ha.. No it suited me as every time I buy a cd I rip it to the laptop and put it on the ipod.. I used to carry around all my cds in a case in the car but no need to now.. and its looks well
Plus it's your car so make them liten to your music

My Pioneer one has an Aux 3.5mm input on the front and I have a male-male lead that's long enough to go from the radio to the tray thing the other side of the gear stick. Sounds good as long as you get the EQ set up right on the iPod. Means I can use it with my phone too

Ended up with a Kenwood one, they had that Pioneer one but it would mean buying an extra ipod lead. Had a play around & the search thing seems decent enough, with they didn't fill the fuckers with blue LED's
Looks like a crimbo council house

the pioneer one actually looks ok fitted to a car. its easy to read at night anyway. im not into fussy displays. you can actualy change the way the display looks through a few various things.
