Right recently bought a GSI with a red top in it but unfortunately it has a dustbin lid back box and some bodged exhaust soooo......
What system do i need for the engine all the way through i.e manifold centre pipe cat etc etc..

You don't get off the shelf exhausts for them, maybe some vaux tuners might but doubt it, custom job.

Manifolds are longer than corsa ones so corsa exhausts are to long.
Ive seen off the shelf systems though somewhere.

uumm.. not all of them are..
cav/cali one's are long
astra gte one's are short

I had one for a Corsa Sport on my old XE for a bit, with a bit of fiddling it fit fine. It was not so good though as it was only 2 inch which is a bit too small for an XE really.
Id go custom like powerflow or where ever, its just easier and you can tell them how loud you want it.

Isnt the standard bore size on Cav/Cally/Astra XE's 2" anyway??

Probably. I found they pull much better high up the rev range with the slightly larger exhaust.
