can someone tell me what compomotives these are please? im guessing they're 15" ones

Yea they are 15" Compomotive MO 5's, but I think they may be the old design, as they have a curved face, whereas I think the new ones have a flat face. Wait to make sure somebody agrees with me though.

I also recall something about the flat and curved faces being different between the ET45 and ET 49 models too? Not too sure though.

Old ones were flat new ones are curved

These look like MO1681's and are 16's by the look of them here mate.
