Hey all!
I just wanted to create a post for anyone that joined the group buy for the carbon front gsi bumpers from performance-trim.
Has anyone recieved theres yet as the group buy took place nearly a year ago now (must be close to that anyway)!
I know Tubby received his, but has anyone else? If not what are you being told.

I got a PM from him where he asked me to call him but that was a few months back.
When I phoned he mentioned that mine was the one out of the mould but there were imperfections in the centre. He then said someone else wanted a big mouth one so it was agreed that the best bet would be to let that person have that bumper and I would wait.
It is getting a bit daft now but I just haven't bothered chasing it up. I did get a generic email off him about a week ago?

I'm sure I remember Gaz saying something about there's having imperfections and a prototype. On the other hand I could just be chatting bollocks.

i was down there last week and the gsi bumper mould was out and just about ready to have the carbon laid up so someone should be expecting one in the next week or so i would have thought

I havent got mine yet but I think im 3rd on the list. I rang PT last month to see how they were getting on and he said I would probably get mine in 6-8 weeks but in reality I would be surprised if I saw it this side of christmas. Im not really that bothered because I saw the pics of the one that came out of the mould and it looks worth the wait + it should be the only one in NI. Its for my project car that isnt quite on the road yet so im happy enough to wait 4 a bit

Similar story. Im not happy with my shell so will break the car and start from a fresh but keep the bumper, cage, leather and rear ARB (probably most people would view that as keeping the cheap stuff and binning the best bits! )
