Might be a stupid thing to tell you, but its probably, if anywhere, going to be in the Tutorials section?

whats the main reason for doing it? just tbh its alot more of the look thing that the performance....in a way that the rear discs could cause you to lock the arse end up far too easy. alot of lads with very fast corsa turbos/xe's only run rebuilt drums and have no problems!you will also need to invest in a brake bias valve too if go for rear discs, so that you can get the braking more balanced.

You have to buy the conversion plates for the rear axle. You weld them on & they can accept MK3 astra GSI rear discs & calipers. Only hard part is the handbrake apprently.

I had them. Mine used the corsa rear beam with Mk3 Astra hubs so obviously mk3 Astra brakes. Handbrake was the long one off a Nova and short one off a corsa iirc.

However, unless your doing it primarily for 'the looks' i really wouldnt bother. They dont make you stop any quicker and it took a fair bit of fiddling around to get the brake bias right, i had too much going to the back!

i had astra hubs and rear discs on my V6. had the bias valve at about 70-30 and onl time it locked up the rears was going into a corner under hard braking. they are superior to drums but you will need a bias valve or it will swap ends and the click of a finger.
