XSI weighs about 830kg and the GTI weighs about 100kg more so about 930-ish.

Yeah, VTS's, 16v 106's are brilliant, lose a bit of weight in them too, add a few choice mods and they're great fun, handle well aswell.

Yep it's easily done, the reason why I bought another 8v. Keep the saxo and turbo/supercharge/TB it

In standard form yeah, 16v's can easily see 140-150bhp which makes them even more fun

Been looking and a kit including managment is about £1900 then some catcams should seen about 170bhp then I will ditch the interior and get a diff and it should be a track wepon
Need to sort the civic first though

You opting for the saxo over the civic then? 180bhp in a saxo is going to be quick

Think of the power to weight ratio , well over 200bhp/tonne.

Splitting the civic to make most of my money back. Glad it was a cat d in the first place
then I am either going to either get another one or something more comfy. The vts can then become a track toy whilst still been road legal
We will see if this is still the plan once I have all the money from the civic

It's something I'll probably do when I have the money next year. TB or turbo a 16v engine and put it in the XSI

Yeah it does involve that, I don't have the mechanical knowledge to do anything like that anyway so it would be getting sent somewhere, let them deal with it

I loved mine for the sheer hilarity of seeing off much bigger, faster cars. But that was it As a daily it wasn't nice
