Work is shit, no overtime crap sales etc. Spent a bit on it, want to spend more but cant judtify it.
Debating selling the car and paying off some debt. Nothings deffo yet, as its my dream car and i dont want to sell it
But WTF do i replace it with?!
I dont even know what i use it for anymore. I obv. Drive to work, has to be parked in the street everyday. Debated buying a corsa as its smaller and easier to get into tight spaces (which would mean i wouldnt be late ever again) but what would i get?
Probably only want to spend £6k max. Could buy a new car i guess, fancy something hassle free. So new is tempting (pcp)
Maybe i should just keep the m3 going

Keep the M3 you fool or get an Astra VXR for around 10-12k. Will be a dam sight cheaper to run.

Graham beleive it or not i LOVE these cars i even went to the fiat garage to have a look
Astra vxr is similar on fuel and tyres, the servicing is obviously different but thats about the only saving. M3s are cheaper than you think.
If i got a corsa it would be a 2nd car as i dont enjoy small cars on motorways!

He's thinking about selling to save money, a 500 abarth wouldn't save him much money and he'd be driving about in a fiat 500.

pre facelift e46 330ci? half the running costs of an m3 but then again only 231bhp compared to 343bhp
e46 325 compact? but not sure on looks..
are you due an inspection 1 or 2 soon? anything feel like it might be on its way out?
problem is you could sell it and get a quick diesel hatch, but all it takes is 1 or 2 problems with it and then it could end up costing you more to run than the m3.
if your not desperate for the money then keep it, now is a bad time to sell and you WILL miss the performance

I was being serious
Bit more than your budget but I think they'd be more fun than the M3 in most aspects

IMO if you sell your M3 you will need to get something ultra cheap to run otherwise you won't see the benefit and you'll be kicking yourself.
I went from my S3 to a 106 for about 7 months and I saved a shed load on fuel / servicing / less worrying about it braking etc
shit, im now thinking of selling mine and fixing my pug

inspec2 due in 5k. Touchwood its all ok, needs a fuel pump but thats it.
Insurance is up in october, thats another £800 i judt fancy paying off some bills. If i purchased new then it would have to be something slightly more economical.
I just dont like owning something that isnt up to my standard. The m3 needs paint and an interior re dye (dont ever buy red leather btw) plus my wheels are fooked again and need repairing (2nd set) i love it, but want it mint but cant justify spending anymore on it really.
Im not desperate for money, but its certainly narrowing my options for other things. It may be a bad time to sell but its not going to appreciated so maybe not a bad idea?
Sorry im a mass of indicesion

I just wanted to give JR a little bit of something to moan at to be honest.
I'll buy you one just to piss him off if you want?

Although this is a bad time to sell, it's no worse a time to sell than it will be at any point for the next few years.
You aren't losing any extra by selling just now.
Sell and get a 58 plate astra sri 150 for 9k.
