Just checked on ebay, looking for replacement tyres it said 155/70/13`s but ive just checked on the tyres and it says 155/80/13`s..

now i was just wondering if i could get a better profile as they are really skinny tyre.. somthing like 165-175`s

thing is, if you increase from say a 155 70 13, to a 175 70 13, the sidewall is bigger. although wider tyre, its going to be a fraction taller aswell.

as rupert says the overal wheel diameter will be about 15mm taller if you go for a wider wheel

if you were to go for 175's, maybe 175 65 13 be a better option.

so that would defently go straight on to my steel rims?

but im looking for a set of mvi alloys..

but probly end up getting a diffrent car..lol

id just not bother doing anything unless your tyres are bald. if so, could get some cheap runners from a scrap yard for a fiver each or something?

and yeah will fit fine on a 13" steel

well the two on the rear need changing badly..lol but i cant get the wheel nuts off.. so like you just said might go scrappyy..
