Bit of a random one I know, but this is the bay:
Only reason I ask, is dannymccann who has a 2.0DTi engined Astra seems to think it's completely different to the 2.0Di (Y20DTL) and 2.0DTi engine (Y20DTH).

Quick googling....
The Di the boost pipe goes straight over the top of the engine to the front, on the DTi it goes along the back of the engine, through the IC and then to the front.
Also has no real difference, I think the DTI has an intercooler and the DI doesn't.

So that is a 2.0DTi then  the difference is quite a lot between 2.0DTi and 2.0Di, but essentially, yes, the DTi has an intercooler. The difference between DTi and Di is 18bhp and 33 lb/ft torque.

would of said your earlier comment was correct di being none the turbo as i thought 1.7di in combos was a none turboed dti engine

Well, if the 1.7's are anything to go by, they are turbo's, just not intercooled.
