i am wanting some suspension to replace my standard stuff

will most likely be second hand
what sort of poundage should i be going for on a full interior 1.6 sport?

what would happen if i put the wrong poundage on?

Just get something for a 1.6 sport then there won't be anything to worry about.

If you put too high a poundage on then it'll be stiff and sit higher. If you put lower poundage on then it'll sit lower and be a softer ride.

Depends how much you want to spend and lower otherwise.

^^^true in a way but for instance a spax kit will be higher poundage but sit lower, depends on the spring height as well obviously.

probably end up wth higher poundage ones but will be oilovers so height will be adjustable not to bothered about stiffness

No my b10's were fixed.. They were fk somethings. Yellow bodied

they were quite harsh though.. Depends what you'll be using you car for?
