The owners may or may not be Asian but it is common for local Asians to hang rags off their towing eyes, no idea why

yeh i once asked an asian driver about this...typical in the asain community...but NOT just an asian thing...as said wears off bad spirits and that sort of thing...strange to me but each the own...must see 1 in 10 cars with a rag on the back
