Er... If you just bat idea's around u will end up with no one knowing whats going on and not turning up...

Hemel meet - They just said Meet at bla bla on Date XX - in a few months in advance.... Everyone knew what was going on and therefore there was a good turn out...

Saying 'They'll be a meet in 25 days, somewhere in MK' isn't very solid...

announcing the location of the place like 10 days before isn't really good enough.

well if people read meets and the regional boards, they wud know its been up 4 ages!

and the reason the location is hard 2 do is:
1. i work weekends
2. mk is mostly pay and display so have 2 be careful of the ticket people
3. if its 2 out in the sticks, no1 will find it
