this is a good one aswell, their testing different boost makes 645 i think in the end and it has 4wheel drive so i bet thats a real weapon

Noble M15 has it mounted transverse does it not? Probably wrong

I can't think of a single RWD car that has the engine fitted transversely. But things like Evo's (4WD though) are.

Id rather have rwd

Just shows to go what you can do with these engines and while we have a few high specd lets here like Speckys tigra, nics, and a couple others off mig we are actualy still quite far behind in terms of what can be achieved from these engines

there is a mk2 astra that does 9 second quarters. quite a few in the 10's

worlds behind anywhere else. although most these places have higher than 99 ron at the pumps etc.

have to have maps made for it for the engine etc. my views have always been i race it the same way i drive it to work. maybe i dont run as quick as others, but im not changing anything on it to run it.

No Jamie, with some exceptions, the majority of FWD cars are. Hence the term 'transverse engine'.

Some RWD cars have transverse engines. The 308 for example.

It probably does as the engine is in the middle over the rear wheels, its just like a fwd front engine transverse put in the back.

Technically pretty much all front engined RWD cars have the engine mounted correctly and not 'sideways' as where the cambelt is is the front of an engine. Most FWD cars like Corsas have the engine mounted 'sideways'

Batteries are mid mounted, motor is between the rear wheels.
