Nova would of been Q plated because it was just a shell

You can buy whole cars from the scrap yard and apply for the documents, Ive done it before.

You can buy cars (seen a 51 plate KA) under the government scrappage scheme for like £250 on eBay, they just cut a hole in the roof. Can these be put back on the road then? Advert says they cant.

it has a hole in the roof and as the roof is most of the strenth of the car i would say no unless you are using it as a convertable

As it stands atm, cars from the scrappage scheme HAVE to be scrapped, can't take any bits off it before hand

I heard about a mint 205 GTi got destroyed by this scheme, it was a 1.9 GTi, everything absolutely mint, 20k or 30k, one owner from new, SCRAPPED
