my engine bay gets really warm, you can feel the heat coming off the manifold, im going to be doing a couple of track days this year so thought it might help a bit?

christ, you think your engine bay gets warm
problem being (your probably aware of this) the heat wrap can cause stuff to crack. it maybe a risk you take.

poor quality more than likely will crack. better quality less likely to crack.

i like the manifold alot too, the colours it goes is awsome, you can see the blue/purple in it, just thinking by heat wrapping it might help the engine bay stay cooler

personally, i wouldnt bother
a sport engine bay gets hot anyway, so wrapping the manifolds not gonna make a huge difference
Vent or raise your bonnet if you want to keep bay temps down IMO

i'd class 180 quid cheap for a stainless manifold TBH
wouldent bother heat wrapping it you wont see any significant difference in performance (less heat soak) IMO

Gonna be getting rid of my chavy bonnet one soon (was there when i bought honest) but would imagine that does the job well though!

Heat wrap the manifold and the rest of the system right to the back-box and it'l shoot flames for fun.
Thats got to be a worthwhile reason to do it surely??
