Rollers and tensioner are a must as generally they are what fail.
And ideally you should change the water pump at the same time.

aye belt water pump and tensioners do oil and plugs if your bored but you dont need to

It the Haynes Manual it recommends (sp) 15W40.Although it all depends on the Milage Etc?

A few years back there was a big thing about it.. It doesnt hold its quoted viscosity it ends up turning to piss water which isnt very good for an old or high mileage engine.

yer I have heard simular things on honda forums about the castrol. Just use GM as its cheaper anyway.
