a geezer skidded on ice at the bottom of the village where i live went through a fence and put his car upside down in the river dearne he was trapped but in a air pocket as it's only about 3 to 4 foot deep... his horn sounded continually and lookily alerted people in the houses nearby....also happened to a police car in the 90's and a women copper drowned in same river
