I know some of you on here have expereince of these already (Broster, Robin, Blukoo etc), but I finally managed to get my hands on one.
I have taken it out for an hour so far, and apart from not being able to get truly comfortable in the seats - the car itself is immense.
I dont think any of the press shots really captured how big and bold the styling really is...it makes a colleagues E46 M3 look inadequate, which isnt something you could ever really say about an M3.
Power delivery is sharp but progressive, with no lumps of power dropped in across the rev range. As with most modern hot hatches the speed quickly built but felt like 40mph - deceptive. It did snatch at times, but was managebale - a new Mini Cooper S suffered with torque steer more than the RS imo.
I could go on chapter and verse about its driving attributes and qualities, and although I have driven more complete cars, all were priced upwards of £35k.
I have some more photos that I will load later

I love the front, looks so aggressive. I hate the back though, and the side profile looks awfull with that big daft spoiler and them wheels are a bit bland and boring.

Demonstrator. Ford dont appear to be running any on their demo fleet, so it has been blagged via the dealer principal of one of our Jaguar dealers?

They're a hell of a lot better with a remap and exhaust, the power comes in earlier, smoother and packs more punch at the top end.
Having seen (at least) one in each colour, I reckon a lot of people are going to regret going for the green as there's been big issues with colour matches on the bumpers and bodywork. The white obviously doesn't suffer from this and the blue doesn't seem to.
We also found ours to be a little tail happy at speed, how did you find it?

I used to really like the green but much prefer it in the blue/white when you see it in proper photos.
Still think the wheels look a little small in those HUGE arches.
Nice car though

If only it drove the right wheels I could ignore all the ugly and get excited about it.

For the love of god, don't let Colin read that bit Byron!
It could very well break him or he might even skin you alive.

I totally aggree, and i've been trying to convince 'you know who' to get a set of different wheels (white bbs ch's), or at least lower the car a bit, but he's having none of it

Not really no, Hampshire
Robin - Maybe I didnt give it enough stick, but at no point did I think I may have to correct any of the enthusiastic driving, although there were moments of lift off os that could have surprised some.
SVM - Dont get me wrong, the M3 is a proper machine - and performance and driving aside, it really did look a touch ethiopian. Bang for buck colin bought wisely imo.
Some more pics outside home;
