Massivly pissed off at the moment. Went down to bodyshop where my car has been for last week. I only went to remove some interior such as mirrors etc to be flocked. i needed to lay across car inorder to undo certain parts of interior, and becuase the rear window had been removed it was in the car and in the way.
So i took the window out and placed it on the floor between me and another car (other car was also at bodyshop and had no reason to move) As one of the people who worked there walked past it, he caught his foot on it, and the window didnt smash and he hasnt hurt himself. I apologised straight away, and checked he was ok, next thing i know he flipped, starting called me a fucking cu*t and that he is going to fuck me up, I then said "I said I was sorry but there is no need to talk to me like that it was an accident"
He then went Ballistic at me saying how i can't tell him what to do and that his going to fuck me up, so i got out my car and said "go on then" he started saying DFo you want me to, to which i replied yeah why not".
H then walked off swaring under his breath.

Problems are also this. This is the 4th time my car has gone in to have the boot smoothed, and lost it for total of 11 days so far. although in primer looks good this time.
They also done my arches previosuly and paint has fallen of them.
Had issue on door with rust and paid then to spray and sought rust, and they just sprayed over it.
Now i have never had an apology from them or any kind of sympathy apart from the guy who i had an argument with today, he was always nice to me:S and told me he knew what i wanted doing, but his boss has his own ideas, and he has to listen to them.

Now originally it was 80 to sought my boot out, and he just painted it, i then returned saying wanted it smoothed he said extra 80 then. 3rd time i went there, they said how was going to do proper, and paint was falling of and whole boot cracked:s. This time he said if i pay £40 to have window removed and hole welded up.

Now they say my car isnt going to be ready until next week (they taking there time as not getting any extra money) i have had so much shit from there, i am tempted to go back and just drive of with my car not paying the £40.

Problems with this are, car has tape/paper over back where the primered it, so cant see out back window

what would you do?

I went back, because the fix problems they make (although doesnt usually take 5 attempts) rather than me repaying somewhere else to do it, but mega pissed atm, what conequences do i face over the £40 not being paid

Wait to see what results will be. You wont gain anything taking it away now.

Ild personally pay them £40 after the work... get a reciept, and if work is bad go to citizens advice bureau and see if you can claim for bad work??

Or lesson learnt and move on.

Why do you keep going back Just go and tell them what your issues are, and that you have had enough. Cut your losses and go elsewhere.

are you from the UK.... if so you should go back to school.
