Maybe it got confused by the correctly working master cylinder and just needed time to adjust

Pah, that went after a month or 2

Just pay attention, that was my downfall, too busy watching the Ginetta. Anyway, you've still got loads to go before your tyres'll wanna give up.

If driving faster is too general, for Combe concentrate on not coasting. Keep flat till you need to brake, then brake. It was something I picked up on from a vid of yours. I used to do the same, I'd back off maybe 20 yards or so before I actually needed to start braking and it's a complete waste because you've got the ability to still be gaining speed and still have plenty of time for braking. That alone should see you in the 1.30s at Combe imo
