no offence but 1) you havent stated what car you have and 2) what engine, and you cant really get an idea of bhp from that as there are so many things that could go into consideration.
ie: you could have 1500006000054000bhp but be an epically w*nk driver
or you could have less power than someone who did a slightly quicker time but your just a good driver and have quick reactions.

It's a corsa redtop matt
But as said it could have anything. Is the engine standard? Modified?

.
It says on the headline redtop corsa I wouldnt say I was a good driver as I have never been on the track before the green light. Came on so quick so I had a bad start but I just want a rough estimate please

How long is a piece of string?
You could do a 10 minutes 1/4 mile in the jet car if you really wanted to doddle about.
Alot of it is down to the driver and the track surface.

you could never tell the bhp by a 1/4 mile time because it could have 1000bhp and weight about 4 tons so there fore it would do a shit time and you could have 200bhp and weight absolutly fuck all and you would then do a quicker time

You'd get a better idea of power if you listed the engine spec?
Unless you put the car on a RR you'll only ever be able to guess. If you're that bothered a power run on a RR is anywhere between £30-50.

Well so far we've established it's your average redtop weight so not stripped out? Now what is the spec?

This is obviously not a hugely accurate thing as it doesn't take tyre pressure, temperature and other variables but for your average Corsa (weighs about a ton) it would need a good 190bhp apparently
http://letstorquebhp.com/calculator.asp
However I've known nigh on standard XE's to get in the 14's, but also known tb'd Corsa's to get 15's A lot depends on the driver and the launch.

I was just about to say it must be about that. I've seen a standard LET only manage a 14.2 before. Best I've had in the XE is a 14.9.

Pistons won't do squat, flowed head, powercap, cams n pullies will though. All working in the same area, top revs.
Circ about 170 REAL bhp.. Won't be much more.
If its got full interior, good launch.. If its stripped i'd say its about right.
AK done a 14.3 (think??) on a standard engine with stripped out shell, so more power and slightly more weight on a good sticky track is very do-able.

Posting the time slip would help alot.
It will give an idea of reaction time/60ft time and your terminal speed.
Then itl be a bit easier to compare with other folks times and the est power they have.

14.1 in a full weight standard c20xe isnt going to happen
Terminal speed is prob the best indication of power though. What did it cross the line at.
My std C20xe green corsa did 14.3 or 14.4 at 94 or so on road tyres
My white one with 200bhp/190lbft did a 13.8 or something at 104ish (with plate diff, and Yoko 048R's)
