alright i own corsa b 1400 8valve spi was just wondering how to make it a bit more livley .a was thinking of a fast road cam and manifold any body help me on this

changd since the pic alot lol am not sure a just had 9 thaw taking of the cylinder head a got a fse boost valve and a cat back powerflow

4-2-1, cams and management. But it's not really worth it if you're just wanting to keep up with a 1.4! Might as well jam a 1.6/1.8 or 2.0 in there.

i al c grimmy half ma engine been rebuilt a would never get what a spent on it selling is a 1600 sport with cams livley

A 1.6 with an inlet, 4-2-1 and decat system is quick enough. Will be miles quicker than your 8v.

my 1.6 sport
inlet,decat,4-2-1 manifold
cat back exhaust system, goes really well

If you're going to get cams, then you'll be better to get them mapped properly with decent management. If you wish to continue though, an Inlet, 4-2-1, decat system, cams and management will see 135+bhp.

You've got the 60bhp spi engine, there are tons of stuff you can do like every N/A engine, the question is, is it worth it?
What I would do if changing the engine wasn't an option is just to bin the spi unit and attach some twin 40 carbs on.

twin carbs 4-2-1 exhaust (fanimold) cams will work well with your current mods
(the carbs would sound good) better than a 1.6 imo anyway m8
