Got this the other day for the first time in ages. Don't like the new layout and it's nowhere near as good as it used to be.

I find this to be a more wholesome read tbh

I would rather lose by a mile because i built my own car, than win by an inch because someone else built it for me.

That looks quite good, kind of reminds me of the old CCC magazine.

Am I reading a different magazine??? Its been great for the last year plus... Decent selection of "Smart" cars both track and road. No show cars, good techincal write ups and technical reviews. Very few adverts compared to other mags..... Its the only mag I buy now.

TBH, he said to me years ago that he didn't want to do it for much longer, and that was like in 2002 He wanted to get out of the scene as it takes up your entire life, and he'd not long been married to Sona. Doing 14 hour days, working weekends for shows, cruises etc etc..

Personally i just prefer Autocar, although it doesnt showcase well modded cars, you can actually read every page and learn something new
I think maybe the style in general has changed, 10 years ago boy racer/mad kits scene was really big but now gets slated and looks crap.
