dont think the rsi have the bonnet vent do they
i nearly bought one few years back agreed a good cheap price put down a deposit and the bloke messed me about. got my deposit back thou

indeed the wide rear arches and obviously front and bonnet vent.... under the bonnet make sure you look for the nicely squeezed in F16ie engine....

look for rot around the rear archers aswell, and make sure the clutch is good as they are a sod and a half to change!
dont pay too much for one though as they will require a little bit of cash to keep running suprisingly fun drive though.

iw as looking for one of these too about 6 months ago.
the 16v is known as a "Valver" in the circles and comes with the bonnet vent as the only exterior difference i could spot - be warned as many wish to pass their 1.1 Clio off as a 16v 1.8 the bonnets have been known to be swaped as a "modification"
lots on offer around the £1000-1300 bracket i was searching in, alot are modified to an incuh of their death though, lowered, exhaust system chav lights etc or are made up to look like Williams, check Pistonheads i found alot there, expect 90-120k miles at that budget, eBay was also useful
