On my ride on lawn mower.

I took out the 11bhp Briggs and stratton and replaced it with a 12.5bhp Briggs with a quieter exhaust and better fuel economy.

I uprated the rear wheels from 16 6.50 x 8's to 18 7.50 x 8's

It is getting 2 new blades this week.

I would rather lose by a mile because i built my own car, than win by an inch because someone else built it for me.

Sorry, those are shaft horsepower figures. Forget what bhp it is at the wheels. That extra 1.5bhp will let me cut thicker grass or let me move up a gear when cutting

I'll get pics, vids and sketches tomorrow.

I think it needs a project thread as I have big plans for it.

I need to detail it too as the paint is a bit faded. T-cut will be out this week

I've seen a Flymo converted to run using a Honda petrol unit, looked like a bit of dog to handle - flew a little high off the grass too
