Can you guys give me a hand finding a new car?
It's got to have/be :
2001 or newer
Nippy up to Grp 16 insurance
Manual
£2.5k-3.0k
Big enough for me to fit in (I'm 6'3)
Any suggestions would be great but I doubt I would fit in a Saxo, 106 or Clio

Wouldn't mind one but as per above I doubt I will fit in one, I'm 6'3 and my mum has a 1.2 version that I can't drive because there isn't enough leg room.

A 172 with a few trick mods would embarrass a std focus ST. Proper quick little cars, lots of potential. 172s especially are coming up cheap now.

not really though would it. i'd be sitting comfortable in my nice recaro's and the 172 would be rattling all over the place and your arse would be sore as hell from the firm suspension.
i do love 172/182's, just brilliant little shitebox tin cans

True. I didn't mean in the big picture, but in a straight line dash upto (national speed limit). I'm in love with the ST3's so I won't say a bad thing about them.
