Bought this a week or two ago. Its in reasonable condition, couple of bits of rust here and there. Plans are just to keep it standard looking and clean with some engine mods.

Let me know what you think!

I havent pushed mine that hard yet. The tyres on it at the minute must be budget because they dont have much grip and has just been pushing the front end out.

The brakes are pretty shit for something with 150bhp, will have to upgrade them. Drums at the back.

Mines lowered 60mm, like my last corsa sport was. The corsa was a much better handler, but did have good tyres as well. Will try some new tyres soon as ive nearly worn those out already

pretty sure they all 16v's had rear discs. they didnt all have leccy windows though. ive had an f reg gte 16v, no leccy windows but had rear discs.

imagine if vauxhall hadnt made that car. there would be no cheap and easy rear disc conversions, digital dash that fits into a nova, front brakes, engine etc etc etc. loads of parts off them cars must have built loads of novas and corsas over the years.

id love to own another. i think theyre a classic. what were they 7.2 0-60 or something back in 1987 for an n/a car?

Got it for £1500, bearing in mind that prices in NI are normally abit dearer than england etc.

Mines an '88, maybe thats why its doesnt have rear discs? To be honest i havent looked, but my mate siad he did lol

Aye they were 0-60 in bout 7.2 back in the day. Got my mate to time me the other day, got a bad start and still got 7.8!!!!
