Where do you live?
What's it like?
Thinking about moving into London but not really sure where abouts.
Been looking at Clapham, being south west it's not far from friends/family.

I live in Lambeth. Its a shit hole. From what i've seen of Clapham/Balham, its certainly better than Lambeth.

I live in a village near Woking.
I know Woking has great connections but when you have to do the journey twice a day, paying £300 a month for the pleasure, it just makes sense to live in London.

I hate anyone who uses the term "commute". Thank God it doesn't happen up North!

Commute is just a word that means the journey to work
Just because notherners don't use that particular word, doesn't meant it doesn't happen.

It's called "going to work". Doesn't really need a special word. Does it?

Yeah, but Southerns created it to let people know that they work "in the city"
It's a horrible place anyway, Lord only knows why anyone would want to go there every day!

I live in south east London by Blackheath. It's nice but can be quiet. It also has a feeling of being a lot further outside of London than it actually is.
I wouldn't recommend Clapham, unless you like Australians. I find it to be full of nobheads.
