Evening all, thinking of getting one of these of Flame just wondering what type of power gains would it fetch on a 1.4 B. Cheers.

Take it yours is the sport (x14xe)?

I've got the flame inlet on mine (1.6) and I was pretty impressed tbh it changes the way the power is delivered and makes a different noise! however you will lose the nice growl

I would expect between 5-10 on yours

Depends on your budget / how much power you want tbh

A full exhaust system (exhaust manifold, decat, cat-back)
Inlet manifold
Cams
Panel filter
Port & Polish head
Remap

and I'm sure you'd see at least 120bhp, most people would say start with a better / bigger engine as a starting point as you would get more power from a bigger engine...

Just go for the inlet then mate an exhaust manifold would probably be more beneficial than a decat (or just get all of them )
