i got a tigra scuttle, punto wiper, and an ariel for £15 from a scrapies

my friends got one and their wipers sit higher up than usual is this because of the panel ?
Was going to get one myself but if this is the case dont think il bother really.

nope. it prob just because when hes put the wipers back on, he put them back on the wrong spindle
